TexTurf 10
You are here: Home > Grasses > TexTurf 10
TexTurf 10 is a medium-texture, coarse-bladed, dark green variety of Bermuda grass. This is a much more
lush grass than common Bermuda. It is relatively free of seed stems, has good wear tolerance, late fall
color retention and makes earlier spring recovery than common Bermuda.
This variety also has better leaf disease resistance than common Bermuda, which results in better color
in the fall. TexTurf 10 tolerates low nitrogen levels and still provides a darker green, quality turf.
This is a good turf for low-maintenance areas, as well as highly maintained sports fields. Its ideal
mowing height is 1-2 inches with a rotary mower or a reel type mower. This grass will only grow in
full sun.
