Tifgreen 328
You are here: Home > Grasses > Tifgreen 328
This is one of the smallest leafed hybrid bermudagrasses available. It has
an ideal cutting height in the 1/4-to-1/2 inch cutting range. Tifgreen 328
is a low growing, rapid spreading variety that develops a dense, weed-resistant
turf. Its density, fine texture and soft leaves make Tifgreen an excellent
turf for golf greens. Also, it tolerates overseeding with winter grasses
better than most bermudagrass varieties. Tifgreen is a very aggressive rapid
spreading grass and for that reason, it has been widely grown as sod for the
home market. Tifgreen is recommended for golf greens and fairways, tennis
courts, bowling greens and fine lawns with a high level of maintenance.
Available at our Dallas/Fort Worth farm.
